When you sign up, we collect your mobile number, business name, and optionally your GSTIN and email. When you use the app, we store the business data you enter: products, customers, invoices, and payments. We also collect basic usage data such as device type and IP address to keep the service secure.
Your data is used only to run your Hisab91 account: to log you in, show you invoices and reports, and send messages such as WhatsApp and SMS that you trigger. We do not use it for advertising or share it beyond what is needed to operate the service.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use OTP-based login, so there are no passwords to steal. Your account data is isolated from all other accounts at the database level.
Your data stays as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days. Financial records such as invoices and audit logs are kept for 7 years when required by Indian GST law.
You can export your data, correct it, or request deletion at any time. Email us or use in-app support and we will respond within 15 working days.
