Refund Policy

We keep this simple: if something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.

Free Plan

The free plan has no charges, so there is nothing to refund. You can use it indefinitely with no card required.

Paid Subscriptions

If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will issue a full refund.

After 7 days, refunds are not issued for the current billing period. However, you can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Double Charges or Payment Errors

If you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error, contact us immediately. We will investigate and refund within 5 working days.

Service Downtime

If Hisab91 experiences significant unplanned downtime of more than 24 consecutive hours, we will credit your account with an extra month of service. Refunds for downtime are at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@hisab91.com with your registered mobile number and the reason. We will respond within 2 working days.
